Ashton Whitty and Asia Argento
Ashton Blaise Whitty, born on the 1st of October, 1995 was raised in Berkeley, California. She is an actor, well-known for Choices 2010 (also well-known as The Heart and Other Small Shapes), Chrissie Mayr's Content House (2022), and The Heart and Other Small Shapes.
Asia Argento, born in Rome to a family that also includes actors and directors pursued these professions as well. Her first film came out when she was just nine years old old in Sergio Citti's Sogni e bisogni In 1988 she starred as the main character in the debut film of Cristina Comencini, Zoo, and was in the ensemble of The Church directed by Michele Soavi. In 1993, she co-starred in the role of Arianna an disabled girl in Carlo Verdone's Perdiamoci di vista. It was an intricate and demanding role in which she received an award of David di Donatello. In 1995 she co-starred with Michel Piccoli in Peter Del Monte's Compagna di viaggio which again brought her a David diDonatello and an award of Grolla of Oro. In 1994, Asia decided to try the art of directing, and produced two short films as part of the series of the film De Generazione In 1996 she directed a documentary on her father and, in 1998, another film on the the cult director Abel Ferrara, AbelAsia which was awarded an award at the Rome Film Festival. Asia produced her debut film in Scarlet Diva (1999), in which she was the lead actress and the author of its screenplay. The film premiered in the month of May in Italy and the rest of the world. It won an award at the Williamsburg Film Festival in Brooklyn, New York.
